Named for the Greek word for the sea, Thalassa Deluxe Suite is the most water-forward of LAVEA's accommodations. The 60 m² (645 ft²) suite combines a king-size bed and two single sofa beds - sleeping up to four guests - with a private pool, a rooftop garden, and an outdoor dining area where the Aegean sits in full view. Inside, Cycladic-inspired interiors balance fresh whites with natural textures, and a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, and air conditioning provide every comfort. Pollonia Beach is a two-minute walk (200 metres) away, with cafés and tavernas lining the waterfront. Thalassa suits travellers who plan their day around the sea - morning swims at Pollonia, boat trips to Kleftiko, slow afternoons on the pool deck - and want the view to be the first thing they see in the morning.
What is the Thalassa Deluxe Suite?
The Thalassa Deluxe Suite is a 60 m² suite with a sea-view in central Pollonia, named for the Greek personification of the sea. It has a private terrace garden with a larger pool and sun loungers, plus a shaded patio with an outdoor dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. Sleeps up to four.
How many guests does it sleep?
Up to four - a king-size bed plus two single sofa beds. A baby cot is available on request at no extra charge.
What makes it a Deluxe Suite?
On top of the standard LAVEA setup - private pool, sea view, full kitchen, shaded patio with outdoor dining - Thalassa adds a private terrace garden with a larger pool and sun loungers. That second outdoor space is the difference between a Junior and a Deluxe Suite.
How is Thalassa different from the Lava Deluxe Suite?
Thalassa and Lava are LAVEA's two Deluxe Suites and are equally appointed: same 60 m² layout, sea view, private terrace garden with a larger pool and sun loungers, shaded patio, full kitchen, and king-plus-two-single-sofa-beds configuration. In addition, Thalassa feautures a large indoor spa like shower while Lava features a private outdoor shower accessible from the bedroom window. They're named for different elements of Milos - Thalassa for the sea, Lava for the island's volcanic landscape. Choose by name or availability.
Does it have a fully equipped kitchen?
Yes - like every LAVEA suite, Thalassa has a fully equipped kitchen. With the terrace garden's outdoor space, it's easy to cook and dine outside, with Pollonia's restaurants two minutes away when you'd rather not.
